Define the work
Combination Intelligent Workspace
The Combination Intelligence Workbench—CIW—is being developed as a governed research environment for investigating combinations of compounds within a defined scientific program.
Its intended workflow connects a disease, target, compound or formulation question to an evidence-linked shortlist, an experiment plan and a scientific dossier prepared for qualified review.
A research workspace, not a treatment recommendation engine
CIW is designed to help teams examine why a combination may warrant further investigation, what evidence challenges it, which uncertainties remain and what would need to be tested.
Its proposed analyses include mechanisms, potential complementarity or antagonism, exposure and pharmacokinetics, interactions, toxicology, formulation considerations and translational limitations.
Research scores are not probabilities of clinical efficacy or safety, and a ranking cannot override a blocking safety finding.
Organize the program, not just the output
This gives scientific teams a structure for defining the work, examining its evidence, assigning review, preparing its deliverables and understanding its history. CIW is conceived as a separate research application connected to the NPM Integrator environment.

How CIW differs from the Pharma ↔ Botanical Wizard
Focuses on a guided, bounded pharmaceutical–botanical investigation.
Addresses the broader research program: candidate comparison, evidence management, scientific review, controlled exploration, experiment planning and dossier preparation.
The planned integration allows relevant claims, evidence gaps, reviews and dossiers to move between the environments while preserving identifiers and versions.
Connect computational work to scientific validation
An evidence-linked hypothesis is a starting point for investigation, not an experimental result.
CIW’s proposed workflow includes controlled exploration and experiment planning, with quantitative parameters supplied or approved by qualified scientific owners. Laboratory results can inform subsequent evidence review, but the workbench does not autonomously operate a laboratory or replace its approved procedures.
Collaborate on a life-sciences project
We welcome inquiries from biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, natural-products developers, universities and research organizations.
A collaboration can begin with a focused question, a defined candidate set, an agreed source plan and a clear review process. Discussions may address a research pilot, a specialized workflow, application integration or an IP licensing arrangement, subject to the relevant rights and agreed scope.
For research and educational use only. Not a clinical recommendation, diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for review by qualified healthcare and scientific professionals.
